Here are the criminal cases filed Oct. 26 - Nov. 1 in Centre County

Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Oct. 26 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.

Benner Township:

  • A 26-year-old Milesburg man was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of attempting to elude an officer, two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and obstructing law enforcement, and 17 summary traffic violations.

College Township:

  • A 40-year-old State College man was charged Oct. 26 by State College police with one felony count of strangulation and one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and simple assault.
  • A 38-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 23-year-old Blair County man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 38-year-old Centre Hall woman was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Ferguson Township:

  • A 29-year-old Allegheny County man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 42-year-old Ohio man was charged Sunday by Ferguson Township police with one felony count of criminal mischief and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.

Huston Township:

  • A 25-year-old Allegheny County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver, one misdemeanor count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and providing a false identification to law enforcement, and one summary traffic violation.

Patton Township:

  • A 49-year-old Huntingdon County man was charged Wednesday by Patton Township police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.

Potter Township:

  • A 56-year-old Union County man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with five misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic violations.

Philipsburg:

  • A 22-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of attempting to elude an officer, two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and a small amount of marijuana, and five summary traffic violations.
  • A 52-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.

Snow Shoe:

  • A 20-year-old Moshannon man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
  • A 28-year-old Moshannon woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of theft of services.
  • A 23-year-old Denver man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
  • A 36-year-old Snow Shoe man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic violations.
  • A 34-year-old Snow Shoe man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and four summary traffic violations.

Spring Township:

  • A 29-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Oct. 26 by state police at Rockview with one felony count of criminal trespassing, one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.

State College:

  • An 18-year-old Boalsburg man was charged Oct. 26 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 19-year-old State College man was charged Oct. 26 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 19-year-old Chester County man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
  • A 19-year-old Delaware County man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
  • An 18-year-old Delaware County man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
  • A 20-year-old Allegheny County man was charged Thursday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement with one misdemeanor count each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol, and one summary count each of carrying a false identification, purchasing alcohol as a minor and misrepresenting his age to secure alcohol.
  • A 25-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with one felony count of access device fraud and one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
  • A 20-year-old Indiana County man was charged Thursday by State College police with one felony count of criminal trespassing and one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.
  • A 20-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of accidents involving death or personal injury and two summary traffic violations.
  • A 19-year-old Bucks County man was charged Sunday by Penn State police with two misdemeanor counts of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
