Here are the criminal cases filed Dec. 28-Jan. 3 in Centre County

Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Dec. 28 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.

Bellefonte:

  • A 28-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by Bellefonte police with one felony count each of escape and flight to avoid apprehension, and one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and false identification to law enforcement.

Boggs Township:

  • A 36-year-old Pleasant Gap woman was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of criminal trespassing.

College Township:

  • A 47-year-old Madisonburg woman was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of theft by deception and receiving stolen property.
  • A 26-year-old Mifflin County man was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A 24-year-old New York man was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Ferguson Township:

  • A 17-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.

Patton Township:

  • A 35-year-old Clearfield County woman was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts each of retail theft and receiving stolen property, and one misdemeanor count each of theft by deception, conspiracy to commit theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Potter Township:

  • A 28-year-old Clinton County man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of providing a false identification to law enforcement and four summary traffic violations.

Spring Township:

  • A 38-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.

State College:

  • An 18-year-old Pittsburgh man was charged Dec. 28 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • An 18-year-old New York man was charged Wednesday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement with one summary count each of carrying a false identification, misrepresenting his age to secure alcohol and purchasing alcohol as a minor.
  • A 17-year-old Washington County woman was charged Wednesday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement with one summary count each of carrying a false identification, misrepresenting his age to secure alcohol and purchasing alcohol as a minor.

  • A 24-year-old State College man was charged Sunday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and simple assault.
