Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Jan. 18 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.
Benner Township:
- A 22-year-old man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of aggravated harassment by a prisoner.
- A 35-year-old Blair County man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance by an inmate and two misdemeanor counts each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Boggs Township:
- A 36-year-old Mifflin County woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with three misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic violations.
- A 28-year-old man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, one misdemeanor count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to a law enforcement officer, and five summary traffic violations.
College Township:
- An 18-year-old State College woman was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one ungraded count of diversion of medical marijuana by a patient or caregiver.
- A 28-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- A 50-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of theft of services.
- A 60-year-old State College woman was charged Friday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- A 28-year-old Boalsburg man was charged Friday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary traffic violations.
Ferguson Township:
- A 39-year-old Indiana man was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count of bad checks.
- A 59-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with one felony count each of intimidating a witness, retaliation against a witness and ethnic intimidation, and one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and harassment.
Haines Township:
- A 22-year-old Indiana County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Gettysburg with three misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic violations.
Marion Township:
- A 29-year-old Pleasant Gap man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
Milesburg:
- A 37-year-old Julian woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary traffic violations.
- A 52-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with three misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic violations.
Patton Township:
- A 38-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Wednesday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
Penn Township:
- A 25-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and five summary traffic violations.
Potter Township:
- A 32-year-old Philadelphia man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver, one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and two summary traffic violations.
- A 35-year-old Boalsburg woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with four misdemeanor counts of DUI and six summary traffic violations.
- A 36-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of an offensive weapon and drug paraphernalia, and three summary traffic violations.
Spring Township:
- A 35-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with four misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
State College:
- A 19-year-old Perry County man was charged Tuesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- A 23-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Thursday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- A 25-year-old man was charged Thursday by State College police with five misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy.
- A 21-year-old York County man was charged Thursday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement with one misdemeanor count each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol.
- A 35-year-old Port Matilda woman was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
- A 50-year-old Centre Hall man was charged Friday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
Walker Township:
- A 22-year-old Howard woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Gettysburg with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic violations.
