Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Jan. 4 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.
Bellefonte:
- A 44-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
- A 65-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Reading with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 47-year-old man was charged Friday by Bellefonte police with one felony count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Benner Township:
- A 61-year-old woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with nine misdemeanor counts each of access device is counterfeit, unauthorized use of an access device, receiving stolen property and theft by deception, and one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and possessing an access device knowing it was counterfeit.
Boggs Township:
- A 59-year-old Julian woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
College Township:
- A 28-year-old State College woman was charged Thursday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of retail theft and one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.
Ferguson Township:
- Brett Flick, 57, was charged Wednesday by the state attorney general’s office with 50 felony counts of child pornography and one felony count of criminal use of a communication facility.
Haines Township:
- A 45-year-old Aaronsburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of strangulation, one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
Milesburg:
- A 52-year-old Milesburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
- A 52-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Hollidaysburg with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.
Patton Township:
- A 25-year-old Snow Shoe woman was charged Thursday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts each of retail theft and receiving stolen property, and one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
- A 29-year-old Philadelphia man was charged Friday by Patton Township police with six felony counts of possession with intent to deliver, five felony counts of criminal criminal use of a communication facility and four misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Potter Township:
- A 51-year-old Centre Hall man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary traffic violations.
- A 39-year-old Pittsburgh man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts each of DUI and unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and seven summary traffic violations.
Rush Township:
- A 26-year-old Clearfield County woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Spring Township:
- A 19-year-old Pittsburgh man was charged Tuesday by state police at Lewistown with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
State College:
- An 18-year-old State College man was charged Jan. 4 by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and possession of a small amount of marijuana, and one summary traffic violation.
