Here are the criminal cases filed Feb. 1-7 in Centre County
Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Feb. 1 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.
College Township:
- A 53-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Feb. 1 by State College police with three felony counts of aggravated assault, three misdemeanor counts of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
- A 21-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic violations.
- A 40-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by State College police three misdemeanor counts each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
- A 21-year-old Virginia man was charged Friday by Penn State police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
Ferguson Township:
- A 60-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
Harris Township:
- A 33-year-old Snyder County woman was charged Saturday by State College police with one felony count of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
Huston Township:
- A 40-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and receiving stolen property, and one misdemeanor count each of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 22-year-old Clearfield County woman was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and receiving stolen property, and one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 30-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and receiving stolen property, and one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Philipsburg:
- A 25-year-old Boalsburg man was charged Feb. 1 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 27-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
Rush Township:
- A 67-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Friday by state police at Clearfield with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
Snow Shoe Township:
- A 40-year-old Clarence man was charged Feb. 1 by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
- A 23-year-old Indiana man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one ungraded traffic violation.
State College:
- A 21-year-old State College man was charged Feb. 1 by State College police with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief.
- A 20-year-old North Carolina man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver and one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
- A 39-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, and one summary count each of harassment and disorderly conduct.
Taylor Township:
- A 51-year-old Blair County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of false identification to a law enforcement officer and eight summary traffic violations.
