Boggs Township:
A 40-year-old Clearfield County woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic violations.
A 54-year-old Venango County man was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with eight misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, five misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, one misdemeanor count each of DUI and possession of an offensive weapon, and two summary traffic violations.
College Township:
- A 25-year-old Boalsburg man was charged Wednesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
- A 37-year-old Milesburg woman was charged Thursday by State College police with two felony counts of retail theft and one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.

- A 51-year-old Clearfield County man was charged March 22 by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
