Haines Township:
- Stephen Haines, 59, of Aaronsburg, was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of aggravated cruelty to animals and one misdemeanor count of cruelty to animals.
Harris Township:
- A 49-year-old Huntingdon County woman was charged March 8 by State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- A 36-year-old Boalsburg woman was charged Thursday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of funds.
Howard Township:
