Below is a list of criminal cases filed between March 8 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.

Boggs Township:

  • A 67-year-old Bellefonte man was charged March 8 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of indecent assault and one summary count of harassment.

  • A 39-year-old Chicago man was charged March 8 by state police at Rockview with three misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic violations.

College Township:

  • A 29-year-old Mingoville man was charged March 8 by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats, possession of a weapon and simple assault, one summary count of harassment and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 21-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts each of terroristic threats and harassment.
  • A 22-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
  • A 35-year-old Snow Shoe man was charged Sunday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of criminal mischief and defiant trespassing.

Gregg Township:

  • A 65-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver and one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and an offensive weapon.
  • A 23-year-old Millheim man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary traffic violations.

Haines Township:

Harris Township:

  • A 49-year-old Huntingdon County woman was charged March 8 by State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 36-year-old Boalsburg woman was charged Thursday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of funds.

Howard Township:

  • A 26-year-old Howard man was charged March 8 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.

Milesburg:

  • A 38-year-old Clinton County man was charged March 8 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault, disorderly conduct and defiant trespassing, and one summary count of harassment.

Philipsburg:

  • A 59-year-old Bedford County woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of attempting to elude an officer and two summary traffic violations.
  • A 49-year-old Las Vegas man was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary traffic violations.

Spring Township:

  • A 32-year-old Bellefonte man was charged March 8 by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of prohibited possession of a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license.
  • A 47-year-old Bellefonte man was charged March 8 by state police at Gettysburg with three misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic violations.

State College:

  • A 23-year-old Bucks County man was charged March 8 by State College police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
  • A 19-year-old State College man was charged March 8 by state police at Rockview with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver and one misdemeanor count each of possession of an offensive weapon and drug paraphernalia.
  • An 18-year-old New Jersey man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • An 18-year-old New York man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

  • An 18-year-old Philadelphia man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

  • A 19-year-old Philadelphia man was charged Friday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.

  • A 19-year-old Philadelphia man was charged Friday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
