Below is a list of criminal cases filed between April 5 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.

Bellefonte:

  • A 21-year-old Milesburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and three summary traffic violations.

Benner Township:

  • A 36-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Tuesday by state police at Gettysburg with three misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary traffic violations.
  • A 29-year-old North Carolina man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with three misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and three summary traffic violations.
  • A 39-year-old man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of aggravated assault and one misdemeanor count of simple assault.

Centre Hall:

  • A 29-year-old Spring Mills man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and two summary traffic violations.

College Township:

  • A 26-year-old Mifflin County man was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Gregg Township:

  • A 40-year-old Spring Mills man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with five misdemeanor counts of DUI and five summary traffic violations.

Liberty Township:

  • A 35-year-old Blanchard man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of receiving stolen property and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Patton Township:

Spring Township:

  • A 19-year-old University Park man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 20-year-old Montour County man was charged Sunday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.

State College:

  • A 19-year-old Maryland man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 20-year-old Pittsburgh man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
  • A 21-year-old New Jersey man was charged Friday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
  • An 18-year-old New York man was charged Saturday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of disorderly conduct.
  • A 19-year-old New York man was charged Saturday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
