- A 33-year-old Mifflin County man was charged Wednesday by State College police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic violations.
Ferguson Township:
- A 52-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
- Jeremy Brooks, 39, of Huntingdon County, was charged Thursday by Ferguson Township police with three felony counts of prohibited possession of a firearm, two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver, one felony count each of drug delivery resulting in death, criminal use of a communication facility and carrying a firearm without a license, and one misdemeanor count of recklessly endangering another person.
Harris Township:
- A 19-year-old Lemont man was charged Wednesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
Liberty Township:
- A 36-year-old Clinton County man was charged May 3 by the state police Bureau of Criminal Investigations with two misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Patton Township:
- A 34-year-old man was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
- A 33-year-old woman was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
