Benner Township:
- A 29-year-old man was charged Friday by the state Department of Corrections with three felony counts each of conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
Ferguson Township:
- A 41-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Friday by Ferguson Township police with two felony counts of retail theft and one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Potter Township:
- A 35-year-old Rebersburg woman was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
