Check out results from State College Borough Council race, other contested municipal races

Democratic voters in State College made their choice for Borough Council while Republican voters in several municipalities narrowed down the candidates for council or supervisor in the primary election Tuesday. Only a handful of municipal races on the ballot were contested, with most not featuring more candidates than the number of seats.

Because there are no Republican candidates for State College Borough Council, the top four vote-getters on Tuesday are the likely new council members.

As of 3 p.m. Wednesday, all 87 precincts reported in-person votes and 86 of 87 have reported mail votes. Below are unofficial results in contested council and supervisor races across the county.
