The winter storm that caused havoc across the United States arrived in Centre County early Sunday morning, bringing double-digit snow accumulation throughout the day.
According to the National Weather Service, more than 13 inches of snow had fallen in the State College area by 4 p.m. The snow caused widespread closures of local businesses, with others announcing schedule changes for Monday as well.
