Penn State fell one spot this week in the On3.com rankings.
The Nittany Lions are ranked No. 11 in the nation and second in the Big Ten behind Ohio State, per On3.com. They added four-star wide receiver Carmelo Taylor last Wednesday and Jaxon Smolik, a three-star quarterback from Dowling Catholic last Friday.
Penn State has 19 total commitments.

DECOMMITS
The Nittany Lions saw four-star defensive lineman Tomarrion Parker decommit last Tuesday and was the third player to decommit from the program since July. Penn State also had two three-star players flip their commitments in July. Wide receiver Yazeed Haynes flipped to Georgia on July 27 and quarterback Marcus Stokes switched over to July 7.
Class of 2023 offensive lineman Joshua Miller flipped to Georgia in June and 4-star athlete Neeo Avery decommitted in March.
