Penn State is headed to the NCAA Wrestling Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma, looking to defend its title.

The Nittany Lions have five top-three seeds, including top-seeded returning champions Roman Bravo-Young and Carter Starocci, and nine qualifiers overall.

Penn State won nine of the past 11 contested NCAA Championships, all under head coach Cael Sanderson, including last year in Detroit.

Here’s how to watch the Big Ten champions compete for another national title:

When: Session 1: noon Thursday

Session 2: 7 p.m. Thursday

Session 3: noon Friday

Session 4: 8 p.m. Friday

Session 5: 11 a.m. Saturday

Session 6: 7 p.m. Saturday

Where: BOK Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma

TV: ESPNU (early session each day) and ESPN (evening session each day)
