Penn State wrestling’s upcoming dual with Wyoming moved to the Bryce Jordan Center

With Penn State’s fall sports teams having so much success, it’s having a trickle-down effect to the winter sports teams, including wrestling.

The women’s volleyball team will host the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament in Rec Hall on Dec. 15, the same day as the wrestling team’s dual against Wyoming.

Now, the Nittany Lions will face the Cowboys inside the Bryce Jordan Center at 1 p.m., Penn State announced on Sunday.

“Penn State Wrestling season ticket holders and fans who purchased tickets directly through Penn State Athletics can now access their tickets for this match in Penn State Account Manager,” Penn State wrote in a release. “All transfer and resale transactions will need to be completed again as previous transactions are now void.”

Wrestling fans who prepaid for parking at Rec Hall will be refunded, but will have to purchase new parking from ParkMobile, according to the release.

This change will also allow more fans to watch Penn State take on Wyoming. Tickets can be ordered through Ticketmaster.

The Nittany Lions will host two other duals at the nearly 16,000-seat Bryce Jordan Center this season. The others are against Iowa on Jan. 31 and against Michigan on Feb. 7.

No. 1 seed Penn State women’s volleyball defeated North Carolina on Saturday in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
