How to watch Penn State wrestling in Big Ten Championships: TV channel, radio, livestream

Penn State wrestling is looking to win its fourth straight conference title at the 2025 Big Ten Wrestling Championships, which begin Saturday. The Nittany Lions are the No. 1 team in the country and will have several wrestlers in contention to win individual titles at the event in Evanston, Illinois.

Here’s how to watch Penn State and the other Big Ten teams in the conference championships:

How to watch

When: Session 1 (first round, quarterfinals, wrestlebacks): 10 a.m. Saturday

Session 2 (consolation matches, wrestlebacks): 5 p.m. Saturday

Session 2 (semifinals): 7 p.m. Saturday

Session 3 (consolation semifinals, seventh place matches): noon Sunday

Session 4 (first, third and fifth place matches): 4:30 p.m. Sunday

Where: Welsh-Ryan Arena, Evanston, Ill.

Television: Big Ten Network (10 a.m. & 7 p.m., Saturday; 4:30 p.m., Sunday)

Streaming: Big Ten+ (5 p.m. Saturday, noon Sunday)

Radio: Big Foot Legends (103.7 & 104.3 FM), Lionvision at GoPSUsports.com
