The results are in: Here’s who has the best ice cream in Centre County, according to you

There’s no better place than Twin Kiss Restaurant to grab some ice cream, according to the thousands of you that voted for your favorite place to enjoy the frozen treat.

Twin Kiss, 2495 N. Eagle Valley Road, won 50% of the votes in our unscientific poll. Wasson Farm Market finished second; Penn State Berkey Creamery finished third.

Howard native Tylor Yarrison, 25, has owned the business since 2019. The restaurant also sells hamburgers, cheesesteaks, hot dogs, subs and more.

The eatery is open 4-8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, as well as noon to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. It’s closed Monday through Wednesday.

Yarrison plans to open daily in the summer. No specific date has been set, but it’ll likely be once area high schools close out the academic year. About 20 people are employed, many of which are high school or college students.

She also hopes to stay open year-round for the first time, rather than closing for the winter.
