Plan your visit to Central PA Arts Fest and the People’s Choice Festival with this guide

Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts is set to return to State College July 13-17.

Even the most seasoned arts festival attendee has a lot of questions leading up to mid-July. Where to park? What’s happening when? How much kettle corn is safe to eat in one day, anyway?

This year — the first in-person Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts and People’s Choice Festival since 2019 — there may be even more questions. Some big changes are in place, including a venue change for People’s Choice and a new all-access pass for Arts Fest performances.

The Centre Daily Times has you covered with your guide to Centre County’s festivals. Check back here for updates on the festivals, which kick off July 13, and coverage from the events.
