Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Feb. 3 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.
Bellefonte:
- A 25-year-old Spring Mills woman was charged Wednesday by Patton Township police with two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver, one felony count of criminal use of a communication facility and four misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Benner Township:
- A 22-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Feb. 3 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic citations.
- A 48-year-old Milesburg woman was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one misdemeanor count each of unauthorized use of a vehicle and defiant trespassing.
Ferguson Township:
- A 46-year-old New York man was charged Feb. 3 by Ferguson Township police with three misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Gregg Township:
- A 35-year-old Spring Mills man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, two summary counts of harassment, two summary traffic citations and one summary count each of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct.
- A 27-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic citations.
Marion Township:
- A 29-year-old New Jersey woman was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with three misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
Milesburg:
- A 32-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of burglary and criminal trespassing, two misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief and one summary count of disorderly conduct.
Patton Township:
- A 61-year-old Berks County woman was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
- A 26-year-old Northampton County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary traffic citations.
- A 40-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 34-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary traffic citations.
- A 23-year-old Philadelphia man was charged Thursday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
- Dalton Cruz, 25, of New York, was charged Sunday by Patton Township police with one felony count each of burglary and criminal trespassing, and one misdemeanor count of simple assault.
Philipsburg:
- A 40-year-old Philipsburg woman was charged Feb. 3 by state police at Rockview with four felony counts of retail theft.
- A 33-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic citations.
Potter Township:
- A 57-year-old Centre Hall woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Hollidaysburg with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Rush Township:
- A 27-year-old Snow Shoe man was charged Feb. 3 by state police at Rockview with three misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and three summary traffic citations.
Spring Township:
- A 48-year-old Milesburg woman was charged Wednesday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count each of defiant trespassing and disorderly conduct.
- A 24-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Thursday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary traffic citations.
State College:
- A 20-year-old Lycoming County woman was charged Feb. 3 by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement with one misdemeanor count of consumption of alcohol while bartending and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
- A 30-year-old State College woman was charged Feb. 3 by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement with one misdemeanor count each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol.
- A 19-year-old Chester County man was charged Feb. 3 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
- A 19-year-old State College man was charged Feb. 3 by Penn State police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI, one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor and two summary traffic citations.
- A 19-year-old Cumberland County man was charged Feb. 3 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 20-year-old Delaware County woman was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

- A 31-year-old Clinton County woman was charged Wednesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
- A 19-year-old University Park man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one summary count each of public drunkenness and purchasing alcohol as a minor.
- A 22-year-old Cumberland county man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
- Scott Miller Jr., 22, of State College, was charged Friday by State College police with one felony count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
- A 53-year-old Lebanon County man was charged Friday by State College police with one summary count each of harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, and one ungraded count each of simple assault and disarming a law enforcement officer.
An 18-year-old Bucks County man was charged Friday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.

- A 44-year-old Cambria County man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of driving with a suspended license, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and three summary traffic citations.
