- A 38-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
College Township:
- A 62-year-old State College man was charged July 20 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
Ferguson Township:
- A 33-year-old Montgomery County man was charged July 20 by Ferguson Township police with one felony count of intercepting communications and 16 misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy.

- A 21-year-old Milesburg man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
Millheim:
- A 40-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of failure to provide accurate registration information and failure to either verify an address or be photographed.
Patton Township:
- A man was charged Saturday by Patton Township police with one felony count each of attempted robbery of a motor vehicle and attempted by theft by unlawful taking, and one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A State College man was charged Saturday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of terroristic threats.

- A 39-year-old Millheim man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary traffic citation.
Philipsburg:
- A 46-year-old Philipsburg woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 25-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 44-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of retail theft and one summary count of defiant trespassing.
Potter Township:
- A 57-year-old man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of failure to register with state police.
Rush Township:
- A 29-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, and one summary count of defiant trespassing.
Spring Township:
- A 22-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic citations.
- A 55-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI.
- A 34-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Saturday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
State College:
- Jeffrey Fields, 36, of Port Matilda, was charged Tuesday by State College police with four felony counts each of rape by forcible compulsion, rape by threat of forcible compulsion and sexual assault, two felony counts each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse by threat of forcible compulsion and three misdemeanor counts of simple assault.
- A 21-year-old Delaware woman was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 23-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Wednesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of theft by unlawful taking and three summary counts of criminal mischief.
Taylor Township:
- A 29-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of violations of the Medical Marijuana Act, eight misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
