Here are the criminal cases filed Aug. 17-23 in Centre County

Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Aug. 17 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.

Bellefonte:

  • A 22-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by Bellefonte police with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

College Township:

  • A 37-year-old woman was charged Thursday by State College police with four felony counts of possession with intent to deliver, one felony count of criminal use of a communication facility and two misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Ferguson Township:

  • A 49-year-old State College man was charged Friday by Ferguson Township police with one felony count of retail theft.
  • A 37-year-old woman was charged Friday by Ferguson Township police with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver, three misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Patton Township

  • A 23-year-old Patton Township man was charged Aug. 17 by Patton Township police with one felony count of intimidating a witness and one misdemeanor count of terroristic threats.
  • A 49-year-old State College man was charged Saturday by Patton Township police with one felony count of retail theft.

  • A 26-year-old State College man was charged Sunday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and attempting to elude an officer.

Philipsburg:

  • A 24-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of possession with intent to deliver, receiving stolen property and carrying a firearm without a license, and one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 19-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic violations.
  • A 34-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary traffic violations.
  • A 20-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of theft by unlawful taking.
  • A 19-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of theft by unlawful taking and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A 21-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 21-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Thursday by state police at Hollidaysburg with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 34-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Thursday by state police at Hollidaysburg with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 30-year-old Armstrong County man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.

Potter Township:

  • A 62-year-old Snyder County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 38-year-old Blair County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Rush Township:

  • A 36-year-old woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Hollidaysburg with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 43-year-old Blair County woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy.
  • A 37-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
  • A 52-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and four summary traffic violations.

Snow Shoe:

  • An 18-year-old Erie County woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia, one summary and one ungraded traffic violation.

Spring Township:

  • William Kephart, 47, of Pleasant Gap, was charged Friday by Spring Township police with five felony counts of attempted possession of child pornography, four felony counts of criminal use of a communication facility and one felony count each of attempted statutory sexual assault, attempted sexual abuse of a child and attempted corruption of minors.

State College:

  • Devyn Ford, 19, was charged Aug. 17 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
  • Sal Wormley, 19, was charged Aug. 17 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • Caedan Wallace, 20, was charged Aug. 17 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Maurice Mayes, 36, of Bellefonte, was charged Wednesday by State College police with one felony count each of rape and sexual assault.
  • A 44-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by State College police with four misdemeanor counts of access device fraud and one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.
  • A 29-year-old State College woman was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of access device fraud and one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.
  • A 21-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 35-year-old Texas man was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI.

Worth Township:

  • A 25-year-old Ohio man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic violations.
