Here are the criminal cases filed Aug. 24-30 in Centre County
Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Aug. 24 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.
Burnside Township:
- An 18-year-old New York man was charged Aug. 24 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, and one summary count of depositing waste on a highway.
College Township:
- A 26-year-old State College man was charged Aug. 24 by State College police with three misdemeanor counts of retail theft and one misdemeanor count of attempted retail theft.
- A 19-year-old Greene County man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Harris Township:
- A 55-year-old Boalsburg man was charged Aug. 24 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
Patton Township
- A 19-year-old Blair County woman was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with one felony count of access device fraud and one misdemeanor count each of access device fraud and theft by deception.
- A 33-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor and one summary count of harassment.
- A 34-year-old Clinton County man was charged Friday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Philipsburg:
- A 32-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver, one misdemeanor count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and three summary traffic violations.
Potter Township:
- A 51-year-old Centre Hall woman was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of burglary and criminal trespassing, and one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief.
Spring Township:
- A 43-year-old Boalsburg man was charged Thursday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of disorderly conduct.
- A 36-year-old Lehigh County man was charged Thursday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
State College:
- A 46-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property and four summary traffic violations.
- A 34-year-old State College woman was charged Thursday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
Walker Township:
- A 51-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Aug. 24 by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of strangulation and aggravated assault, and one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
