Here are the criminal cases filed Aug. 31 - Sept. 6 in Centre County

Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Aug. 31 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.

College Township:

  • A 38-year-old Mifflin County woman was charged Aug. 31 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of retail theft.
  • A 28-year-old Mifflin County man was charged Aug. 31 by State College police with one misdemeanor count of retail theft.
  • A 36-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
  • A Mifflin County woman was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI.
  • An 18-year-old Luzerne County man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.

Harris Township:

  • An 18-year-old Boalsburg man was charged Wednesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.

Howard:

  • A 26-year-old Howard man was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.

Marion Township:

  • A 60-year-old New York man was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and two summary traffic violations.

Millheim:

  • A 20-year-old Virginia man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic violations.

Patton Township

  • A 49-year-old Juniata County man was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of driving with a suspended license and four summary traffic violations.
  • A 26-year-old Port Matilda woman was charged Thursday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.

Philipsburg:

  • A 44-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Clearfield with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and forgery.
  • A 42-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one summary traffic violation.

State College:

  • A 21-year-old Bucks County man was charged Aug. 31 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
  • A 26-year-old Pittsburgh man was charged Aug. 31 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 21-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 23-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by State College police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 20-year-old New Jersey man was charged Wednesday by the state police bureau of liquor control with one misdemeanor count of furnishing alcohol to a minor and one summary count each of misrepresenting his age to secure alcohol, purchasing alcohol as a minor and carrying a false identification.
  • Ricky Slade Jr., 20, of Virginia, was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • Jaid’n Payne, 20, of Virginia, was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.

  • Tray Douglas, 20, of Virginia, was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.

  • A 21-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.

  • A 19-year-old New Jersey man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
