Here are the criminal cases filed Sept. 7-13 in Centre County

Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Sept. 7 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.

Bellefonte:

  • A 48-year-old Millheim man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Benner Township:

  • A 19-year-old Westmoreland County man was charged Sept. 7 by state police at Rockview with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia, one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor and one summary traffic violation.

Boggs Township:

  • A 20-year-old Lycoming County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of carrying a firearm without a license, 21 misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and a small amount of marijuana, one summary count of carrying a loaded weapon and two summary traffic violations.

College Township:

  • An 18-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
  • An 18-year-old Montgomery County man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Ferguson Township:

  • A 43-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and possession of a small amount of marijuana, and two summary traffic violations.
  • A 39-year-old Huntingdon County man was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Harris Township:

  • A 52-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations.

Marion Township:

  • A 24-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic violations.
  • A 37-year-old Lycoming County man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Milesburg:

  • A 32-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary traffic violations.

Patton Township:

  • A Philadelphia man was charged Wednesday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
  • A 22-year-old Port Matilda woman was charged Wednesday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 30-year-old Clinton County woman was charged Thursday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 28-year-old Snyder County man was charged Thursday by Patton Township police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI.

Penn Township:

  • A 24-year-old Crawford County man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.

Spring Township:

  • A 21-year-old Cambria County man was charged Tuesday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.

State College:

  • A 21-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol.
  • A 19-year-old Philadelphia woman was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of furnishing alcohol to a minor, carrying a false identification and furnishing alcohol.
  • A 21-year-old State College woman was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol.
  • A 19-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
