Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Sept. 21 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.
Benner Township:
- A 19-year-old man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of possession of a controlled substance by an inmate and one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Burnside Township:
- A 34-year-old Mifflin County man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and four summary traffic violations.
College Township:
- An 18-year-old Maryland woman was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 42-year-old Milesburg man was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
- A 29-year-old State College woman was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
- An 18-year-old Virginia man was charged Friday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Ferguson Township:
- A Blair County man was charged Tuesday by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
- A 39-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of child endangerment and one summary traffic violation.
- A 43-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property and three summary traffic violations.
Huston Township:
- A 53-year-old Julian man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
Milesburg:
- Jeremy Gardner, 42, of Bellefonte, was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with two felony counts of accidents involving injury while not licensed, one felony count of aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of a blood alcohol content of greater than 0.02% and five summary traffic violations.
Patton Township:
- A 24-year-old Howard man was charged Sept. 21 by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a small amount of marijuana, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary count of harassment.
- A 22-year-old State College woman was charged Wednesday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
- A 31-year-old Huntingdon County man was charged Wednesday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 23-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Philipsburg:
- A 19-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of simple assault, one misdemeanor count each of possession of an offensive weapon, a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and child endangerment, and two summary counts of harassment.
- A 41-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 44-year-old Philipsburg woman was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and a small amount of marijuana, and one summary traffic violation.
State College:
- A 20-year-old Philadelphia man was charged Sept. 21 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
- A 20-year-old Bucks County woman was charged Sept. 21 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 19-year-old Northampton County man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
- An 18-year-old New York man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 19-year-old Northampton County man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
- A 20-year-old Virginia man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana.
- A 19-year-old Montgomery County man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
- A 19-year-old Delaware County man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 19-year-old Cambria County man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary traffic violation.
- A 20-year-old State College man was charged Friday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.
- A 25-year-old man was charged Friday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and institutional vandalism.
Worth Township:
- A 52-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI.
