- A 31-year-old Ohio man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary traffic violation.
College Township:
- A 39-year-old Cambria County man was charged Sept. 28 by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
- An 18-year-old Massachusetts man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- An 18-year-old New York woman was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 25-year-old State College man was charged Saturday by State College police with one felony count of aggravated assault, one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and disorderly conduct and one summary count each of harassment and public drunkenness.
Ferguson Township:
- A 21-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with four misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief.
Gregg Township:
- A 39-year-old Centre Hall man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and four summary traffic violations.
- A 24-year-old Millheim man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 24-year-old Pleasant Gap man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with five misdemeanor counts of DUI and five summary traffic violations.
Halfmoon Township:
- A 19-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and four summary traffic violations.
- A 58-year-old Port Matilda woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
Harris Township:
- A 32-year-old Boalsburg man was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of indecent assault and simple assault.
Huston Township:
- A 44-year-old Julian woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with five misdemeanor counts of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
- A 39-year-old Juniata County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief and one misdemeanor count of terroristic threats.
Liberty Township:
- A 56-year-old Howard woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of providing a false identification to law enforcement and two summary traffic violations.
Miles Township:
- A 19-year-old Spring Mills man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and four summary traffic violations.
Milesburg:
- A 33-year-old Milesburg man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary count of harassment.
- A 37-year-old Milesburg woman was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with three misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Patton Township:
- A 20-year-old State College woman was charged Sept. 28 by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary traffic violation.
- A 36-year-old Blair County man was charged Sept. 28 by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- A 49-year-old Indiana woman was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of theft by deception.
- A 56-year-old Indiana man was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of theft by deception.
- A 21-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of an accident involving damage to a vehicle and two summary traffic violations.

- An 18-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol, and two summary counts of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
- A 26-year-old Luzerne County woman was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic violations.
- A 36-year-old State College woman was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and simple assault, and one summary count of harassment.
- A 23-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Thursday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count each of obstructing law enforcement and resisting arrest, and one ungraded count of disorderly conduct.
- Ben Flynn, 20, of New Jersey, was charged Thursday by State College police with one felony count each of rape and sexual assault.
- A 56-year-old State College woman was charged Thursday by State College police with one felony count each of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.
Union Township:
- A 34-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief.
Walker Township:
- A 52-year-old Clinton County woman was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic violations.
Worth Township:
- A 40-year-old Clearfield County woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.
