Boggs Township:
A 39-year-old Milesburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Hollidaysburg with one felony count each of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a firearm with an altered number, four misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
College Township:
- A 31-year-old Clinton County man was charged March 1 by State College police with one misdemeanor count of bad checks.
- A 46-year-old State College man was charged March 1 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- A 35-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
- An 18-year-old New York man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
- A 19-year-old New York man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
- An 18-year-old Virginia man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 59-year-old State College woman was charged Friday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
- A 39-year-old Boalsburg man was charged Friday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
Ferguson Township:
- A 26-year-old State College man was charged March 1 by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count of DUI.
- A 30-year-old State College woman was charged Friday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
Halfmoon Township:
- A 64-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and four summary traffic violations.
Milesburg:
- A 27-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 38-year-old Clinton County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of criminal trespassing and one misdemeanor count of possession of an offensive weapon.
Patton Township:
- A 37-year-old Clinton County woman was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of theft of services.
Penn Township:
- A 44-year-old Wayne County woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of defiant trespassing.
Philipsburg:
- A 61-year-old Philipsburg woman was charged March 1 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of retail theft.
Spring Township:
- A 46-year-old Bellefonte man was charged March 1 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.
- Bryan Spicer, 35, of Spring Township, was charged Thursday by Spring Township police with one felony count each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and corruption of minors, and one misdemeanor count of indecent assault of someone younger than 13.
- A 40-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Friday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
- A 29-year-old Bronx man was charged Saturday by Spring Township police with one felony count of receiving stolen property and four summary traffic violations.
State College:
- A 21-year-old Pittsburgh man was charged Wednesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- A 23-year-old State College woman was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol.
- A 28-year-old State College man was charged Friday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- A 33-year-old State College man was charged Saturday by State College police with one felony count of aggravated assault, one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count each of harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
Unionville:
- A 22-year-old Fleming man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
