Penn State wrestling is looking to claim the Big Ten Championship for the eighth time under coach Cael Sanderson. Follow along with our coverage leading up to and from the March 9-10 event in College Park, Maryland.

Penn State wrestling is in search of a team title at the 2024 Big Ten Wrestling Championships, which begin Saturday. The Nittany Lions are the top-ranked team in the country and will be defending the conference crown they won last season.

Here’s how to watch the defending champions in the conference championships:

How to watch

When: Session 1 (first round, quarterfinals, wrestlebacks): 10 a.m. Saturday

Session 2 (consolation matches, wrestlebacks): 5 p.m. Saturday

Session 2 (semifinals): 7 p.m. Saturday

Session 3 (consolation semifinals, seventh place matches): noon Sunday

Session 4 (first, third and fifth place matches): 4:30 p.m. Sunday

Where: Xfinity Center, College Park, Md.

Television: Big Ten Network (10 a.m. & 7 p.m., Saturday; 4:30 p.m., Sunday)

Streaming: Big Ten+ (5 p.m. Saturday, noon Sunday)
