Here are the criminal cases filed Jan. 13-19 in Centre County

Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Jan. 13 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.

Bellefonte:

  • A 40-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.
  • A 19-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary citations.

Benner Township:

  • A 23-year-old man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of an inmate procuring a weapon.

Boggs Township:

  • A 63-year-old New York man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of identity theft and one misdemeanor count each of possession of an instrument of crime and an access device knowing it was counterfeit.

Burnside Township:

  • A 28-year-old Clearfield County woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and criminal mischief, and one summary count of harassment.

Centre Hall:

  • A 38-year-old Centre Hall man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

College Township:

  • A 21-year-old Butler County man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one felony count of criminal trespassing and one summary count each of public drunkenness and criminal mischief.
  • A 44-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with one felony count of providing a false written statement.

Ferguson Township:

  • A 34-year-old Huntingdon County man was charged Jan. 13 by Ferguson Township police with one felony count of strangulation and one misdemeanor count of simple assault.
  • Ashlee Woskob, 37, of Port Matilda, was charged Jan. 13 by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.

Gregg Township:

  • Merdith Baird, 71, of Spring Mills, was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with three felony counts of corruption of minors, two felony counts each of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault, and one misdemeanor count of indecent assault.

Patton Township:

  • A 22-year-old State College man was charged Jan. 13 by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of indecent assault and one summary count of harassment.
  • A 19-year-old Centre Hall man was charged Jan. 13 by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic citation.
  • A 24-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI and one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 48-year-old Clearfield county man was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
  • A 24-year-old State College woman was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of retail theft.
  • A 23-year-old Allegheny County man was charged Thursday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of stalking.

Philipsburg:

  • A 48-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A 35-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of strangulation, one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.

Snow Shoe:

  • A 36-year-old New York man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic citations.

Spring Township:

  • A 25-year-old Dauphin County woman was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.

State College:

  • A 19-year-old Indiana man was charged Jan. 13 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
  • A 21-year-old State College man was charged Jan. 13 by Penn State police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary traffic citation.
  • A 36-year-old State College man was charged Jan. 13 by State College police with one misdemeanor count of communications with 911.
  • An 18-year-old Chester County man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • An 18-year-old Chester County man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

  • A 29-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

  • A 19-year-old Chester County man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.

  • A 21-year-old Allegheny County woman was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI.

  • A 21-year-old Philadelphia man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one felony count of strangulation, one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.

  • A 27-year-old Lycoming County man was charged Saturday by State College police with one felony count of criminal trespassing and one summary count of public drunkenness.

  • A 20-year-old Allegheny County man was charged Friday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Taylor Township:

  • A 20-year-old Philipsburg woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, and one summary count of failure to notify authorities of a change in address.

Worth Township:

  • A 20-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Tuesday by state police at Hollidaysburg with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.
