Bellefonte:
- A 46-year-old Mifflin County woman was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
- A 40-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by Bellefonte police with one felony count of forgery, two misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count each of possession of an instrument of crime, criminal attempt at theft by deception, criminal attempt at receiving stolen property, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
A 40-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
A 54-year-old State College man was charged Sunday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count of contempt of an order or agreement.
Benner Township:
- A 22-year-old man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of an inmate procuring a weapon.
- An 18-year-old Pike County woman was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Haines Township:
- A 23-year-old Millheim woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and five summary traffic citations.
Milesburg:
- A 42-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
- A 27-year-old Huntingdon County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.
- A 35-year-old State College man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with five misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
- A 27-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of evidence tampering, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Patton Township:
- A 33-year-old Boalsburg man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver and one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and use of an incapacitation device.
Rush Township:
- A 34-year-old Clearfield County woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary traffic citations.
- A 34-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of attempting to elude an officer, one misdemeanor count each of reckless endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia, and eight summary traffic citations.
- A 42-year-old Clearfield County woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one ungraded count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Spring Township:
- A 40-year-old Northumberland County woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and two summary traffic citations.
- David A. Young, 25, of Spring Township, was charged Thursday by state police with 228 felony counts of child pornography.
State College:
- A 20-year-old Lancaster County man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 20-year-old Baltimore man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- An 18-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
- An 18-year-old University Park man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 27-year-old Centre Hall man was charged Tuesday by the State College Parking Authority with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
- An 18-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.

- An 18-year-old Northampton County man was charged Friday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 39-year-old State College man was charged Friday by State College police with one felony count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
Taylor Township:
- A 34-year-old Blair County man was charged Sunday by state police at Rockview with one summary count of harassment and one ungraded count of false imprisonment.
Unionville:
- A 38-year-old Fleming man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with three misdemeanor counts of DUI and four summary traffic citations.
- A 48-year-old Clinton County man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with five misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two misdemeanor counts each of DUI and unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one summary traffic citation.
