Bellefonte:

• A 22-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.

Benner Township:

• A 47-year-old Beaver County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of retail theft.
• A 33-year-old Delaware woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and carrying a firearm without a license.
• A 42-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.

Boggs Township:

• A 24-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 29-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with 11 misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Centre Hall:

• A 20-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with three misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.

College Township:

• An 18-year-old New York man was charged Jan. 27 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count each of purchasing alcohol as a minor and carrying a false identification.
• A 32-year-old State College man was charged Jan. 27 by State College police with four misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy.
• An 18-year-old New York man was charged Jan. 27 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
• Billy Brock, 33, of Mifflin County, was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of indecent assault and one summary count of harassment.
• An 18-year-old California man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
• A 49-year-old Centre Hall man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
• A 32-year-old New York man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct, and one summary count of public drunkenness.
• A 42-year-old State College man was charged Sunday by state police at Hollidaysburg with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Ferguson Township:

• A 23-year-old State College woman was charged Jan. 27 by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
• A 22-year-old State College man was charged Jan. 27 by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor and one ungraded count each of DUI, and one summary traffic citation.
• A 21-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
• A 42-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count of theft of property lost by mistake.
• A 26-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.

Huston Township:

• A 49-year-old Julian man was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.

Marion Township:

• A 38-year-old Fleming man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of burglary and criminal trespassing, and one misdemeanor count of theft by unlawful taking.
• A Erie County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
• A 39-year-old Allegheny County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and five summary traffic citations.

Milesburg:

• Jeremy Heeman, 43, of Philipsburg, was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of possession with intent to deliver, criminal attempt at aggravated assault and kidnapping, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, possession of an offensive weapon, false imprisonment and simple assault, and one summary count of harassment.
• Todd Askey, 40, of Philipsburg, was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and conspiracy to kidnap and inflict injury, one misdemeanor count each of conspiracy of terroristic threats, conspiracy of unlawful restraint, conspiracy of false imprisonment, conspiracy of simple assault, possession of an offensive weapon and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of conspiracy of harassment.

Patton Township:

• A 39-year-old Pleasant Gap woman was charged Jan. 27 by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and eight summary traffic citations.
• An 18-year-old Huntingdon County man was charged Jan. 27 by Patton Township police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI.
• A 32-year-old State College man was charged Friday by Patton Township police with one felony count each of burglary and criminal trespassing, one misdemeanor count each of simple assault, criminal mischief and drug paraphernalia, one summary count of public drunkenness and one ungraded count of terroristic threats.

Philipsburg:

• A 20-year-old New York man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.
• A 43-year-old Philipsburg woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.

• A 58-year-old Julian man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic citations.

• A 49-year-old Mifflin County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Newport with one misdemeanor count of DUI and two summary traffic citations.

Rush Township:

• A 26-year-old Mifflin County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
• A 39-year-old Clearfield County woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
• A 38-year-old Cambria County man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts each of DUI and illegally operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock, and two summary traffic citations.
• A 38-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 36-year-old Moshannon man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• A 38-year-old Clinton County woman was charged Tuesday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count of theft by deception.
• A 37-year-old Boalsburg woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.
• A 45-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of bad checks.
• A 67-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and retail theft.

• A 59-year-old Ohio man was charged Jan. 27 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
• A 30-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Jan. 27 by Penn State police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI and one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
• A 21-year-old State College woman was charged Tuesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
