Central Pennsylvania’s Festival of the Arts is back. White tents, each offering a venue for passionate artists to display their work, cut through Penn State’s campus and downtown State College on Thursday. While live performances set a lively tone for the all-day festival, hundreds of local and out-of-state visitors flocked to the streets to see what this year’s batch of artists had to offer.
With Thursday marking the second day of the five-day event, the Centre Daily Times hit the streets to ask visitors what they liked most about the 59-year-old festival.
