Barbecue season is in full swing, and if you’re not inclined to fire up your own grill, Centre County has several restaurant options.
CDT reporter Matt DiSanto stopped by Prospector’s for a pulled pork sandwich this week as part of our “Hungry in Happy Valley” series. Are they your go-to barbecue joint? Vote for your favorite barbecue restaurant in the poll at the bottom of this story. In addition to Prospector’s, choices are Hogs Galore, Graham’s Up in Smoke, Mt. Top Rosie’s Pierogies, BBQ by Clem, Scott’s Roasting and Doan’s Bones.
The poll will be open until 5 p.m. Tuesday and is just for fun. Feel free to vote more than once.
