The tastiest barbecue in Centre County is being cooked up at Prospector’s Mount Nittany Rib Co.
That’s what CentreDaily.com readers said in our latest poll, as the College Township restaurant received the vast majority of votes for best barbecue place.
That’s where CDT reporter Matt DiSanto dug into a pulled pork sandwich as part of the “Hungry in Happy Valley” series, which highlights our favorite restaurant meals around the county.
Prospector’s received 117 votes out of the 183 cast (64%). BBQ by Clem finished in second, and Scott’s Roasting came in third. The poll was open June 8-13 and was just for fun.
